Welcome to Peter Gilligan's website

Peter is a teacher of Chinese internal martial arts in Belfast, Northern Ireland. His knowledge in Tai Chi, Xingyiquan and Qi Gong is extensive after over thirty years of study and practice.

On these pages you can find more information about Peter plus details of his various classes. New students are always very welcome, whether they are experienced in martial arts or are absolute beginners.

In addition you can view some video clips of Peter performing the Long Yang Small Circle tai chi ch'uan form. These clips are very useful if you are attending one of his classes, but can also be of benefit to anyone wishing to refine their practice of a Yang form.

This is an on-going project. There will be various writings on Chinese internal martial arts to read, plus whatever other ideas arise. Any feedback from visitors of a constructive nature is appreciated.
